Internal repair photo gallery

This is a finished Internal Repair with Delta MS Membrane, please note that the re-cemented trench is finished level with the original floor in order for the wall to be re-studded correctly. In some cases as in this photo the vertical studs may be saved if they are far enough away from the cement wall and there is plenty of room for installing the membrane.

This is what a sump pump installed in your basement would look like as part of an Internal Repair Drainage System. Its noteworthy that the discharge line must go through the wall and to the yard.

This photo illustrates that once the trenches are dug down to level and the drainage tile is installed and connected to the sump pit. There must be 3/4 in gravel placed on the tile for the purposes of drainage. Care is taken to leave room for a minimum of 2 inches of new cement.

In this photo we can see that a properly installed Big O drainage tile should be sloping toward the sump pump to provide as much flow as possible.

In order to be effective, drain tile is typically installed right next to the footings in a correctly graded trench, ultimately connecting the sump pump.

External repair photo gallery

This photo features an external repair between two older homes. The repair is done on the side of the house with a paving stone walkway. We are able to excavate entirely by hand, and minimize the damage that would normally be made by heavy excavators.

Once the hole is backfilled, note that there is no damage to the property and the area is always left clean and tidy.

Once again another shot of a backfilled repair. Note that once soil is backfilled it is also graded at angle away from the house.
